BOILERs and heaters with Balance Of Plant work

  • Design and supply IBR/ NIBR Steam boilers as per flow, pressure and temp. requirements of any fuel.
  • Layout planning and support for foundation preparation for all boiler and BOP items.
  • Alignment and erection work for main boiler drum shell, furnace, membrane panel, APH, FD fan, ID fan, primary air and flue gas ducting, feed water pumps, control panels and boiler mounted Instruments.
  • All support Structure with ladder and railing work.
  • Design supply and erection for Feed water, drain, vent piping with valves and accessories
  • Complete erection and commissioning for entire boiler house as per IBR guideline.

Pressurised Hot water generators

  • Design and supply for Thermic fluid heaters (TFH) or pressurised hot water generators (HWG -also upto 220°C) as per heat load and temperature requirements of any fuel (Solid, Liquid, Gas or Electric any type).
  • Layout planning and support for foundation preparation for all big items.
  • Alignment and erection work for main pressure part (membrane type or coil design), furnace, APH,WPH or TFPH, FD fan, ID fan, primary air and flue gas ducting, spark aerator, cyclomax, thermic oil pumps, control panels and heater mounted all Instruments.
  • Supply and Erection for Thermic fluid heater inlet/outlet piping, Safety valves, orifice flow with heat meter assembly, main unit pumping area with BSV, basket filters, Expansion bellows and NRVs.
  • Electrical cabling work for all drives, panels, Instruments and main pumps.
  • All MS support Structure with ladder and railing work.
  • Design, supply and erection for Expansion tanks, deaerator tanks, cooler vessels, main unit flow balancing control valve circuits with BSV and Safety valves.
  • Refectory laying work.
  • Main shell coil assembly insulation supply with laying work.
